Orders

How long does processing take?

Orders typically process in 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email orders@tonalerow.com with your order number and requested change. We’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email (“View your order”) or visit our Order Tracking page.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. For other regions, email orders@tonalerow.com and we’ll explore options.

What are your shipping rates?

Flat rate $8.99 under $75. Free shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax).

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Carriers sometimes skip scans. If there’s no movement for 72 hours (U.S.) or 5 days (Canada), forward your order number to orders@tonalerow.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items in original condition and packaging. A flat $4.99 return shipping fee applies. Final Sale items in our Clearance collection are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Email orders@tonalerow.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with next steps and a prepaid label.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right. Please email photos and your order number to orders@tonalerow.com within 7 days of delivery.

Materials & Care

What are your pieces made of?

We curate primarily gold-filled, vermeil, sterling silver, and select gold-plated or solid gold styles. Item listings state material composition, and you can filter by material. See our Jewelry Material Guide for details.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

All metals benefit from care. Avoid exposure to water, sweat, lotions, and perfume. Store pieces individually with an anti-tarnish tab and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. See our Jewelry Material Guide for care notes.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Many styles are nickel-free or sterling-silver based. If you have sensitivities, email orders@tonalerow.com with the product name and we’ll confirm details before you purchase.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes — every order ships in premium packaging suitable for gifting. Add a gift note at checkout and we’ll include it at no charge.

Can I buy a gift card?

Digital gift cards are available — perfect for last-minute gifting.
