Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $8.99 for all orders up to $74.99 (before tax).

Free Shipping: All orders of $75 or more ship free.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international destinations.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes

U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

Canada Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

Tonalé Row is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@tonalerow.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement if possible.
