Find Your Tracking Information

  1. Open your confirmation email and click “View your order” for live status.
  2. Check the shipment email for your carrier tracking number.
  3. You can also log in to your account to view order history and tracking.

I can’t find my confirmation email.

Check spam or promotions folders for messages from orders@tonalerow.com. If it’s missing, contact us with your full name and shipping address.

My tracking hasn’t updated.

Carriers sometimes skip scans. If there’s no movement for 72 hours (U.S.) or 5 days (Canada), email orders@tonalerow.com and we’ll investigate.

My package shows delivered, but I don’t have it.

Please check with household members, neighbors, and your mailbox or parcel locker first. If still missing after 24 hours, email orders@tonalerow.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate.
