- Open your confirmation email and click “View your order” for live status.
- Check the shipment email for your carrier tracking number.
- You can also log in to your account to view order history and tracking.

I can’t find my confirmation email.
Check spam or promotions folders for messages from orders@tonalerow.com. If it’s missing, contact us with your full name and shipping address.
My tracking hasn’t updated.
Carriers sometimes skip scans. If there’s no movement for 72 hours (U.S.) or 5 days (Canada), email orders@tonalerow.com and we’ll investigate.
My package shows delivered, but I don’t have it.
Please check with household members, neighbors, and your mailbox or parcel locker first. If still missing after 24 hours, email orders@tonalerow.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate.
